Express Packaging Sleeves
We understand that the demands of business can sometimes mean you need your print items fast! If you have a last minute campaign, sale, offer, event or promotion – you might like to spread the word with custom printed packaging sleeves. We will deliver your custom packaging sleeves to any UK mainland address. You can choose to have the sleeves delivered directly to your business, or straight to your clients; if you’re providing B2B sleeves this will save time, money and carbon emissions. Help keep your business eco-friendly by cutting out the middle delivery. If you’re concerned about third party branding on the packaging – no fear! We offer optional white label delivery services too!
Packaging Sleeve Express Delivery Requirements
In order to qualify for our packaging sleeve express service, please ensure your order is the following:
- Quantity: 500 packaging sleeves maximum
- Size: One-part sleeves (packaging sleeve size A2 or smaller)
- Finishing: Will be supplied taped and flat (no assembly)
- Artwork: one single sided version
- Extras: No optional extras (like foiling or Spot UV)
- Timing: you must submit your artwork by 10am on the day of ordering to ensure the 5 working day turnaround.
When you create your designs, there’s a few things you’ll need to remember:
- We’d recommend you add a 20mm tab to your print-ready design – this will become the taped tab that keeps your sleeves closed
- Make sure you mark the fold lines on your artwork so we know where to score your sleeves design (ideally set as a separate layer).
- Please check the sleeve size! We cannot check for you as we won’t have time to get a box from you and measure within the express service.
